Hina is a passionate Pilates and yoga instructor with a commitment to holistic well-being. With a background in gymnastics and ballet, Hina grew up loving all things movement. She discovered Pilates after sustaining a hamstring injury and fell in love shortly after. Wanting to share the positive experience with others, she decided to become a Pilates instructor. She believes that yoga and Pilates are not just exercises, but tools for personal growth and empowerment. Outside of the studio, you can catch her exploring nature, experimenting with nourishing recipes, and discovering new coffee shops.
