Tone & Sculpt

This is a mixed Level Class. It is not for first timers, but for clients that have taken private sessions or beginner classes. This Archer Pilates workout is specifically designed to strengthen elongate, tone and tighten the body quickly and safely. It is a strength training workout that achieves muscle definition which is maximized with Archer Pilates’ own twist to achieve faster results than traditional Pilates and/or weight training alone. It also promotes flexibility and elasticity, which helps prevent injury. The client is left with a lithe and powerful body, resistant to the everyday stresses of work and life. “PILATES AND MORE, IT STARTS FROM THE CORE !”
