We will kick off the event with a Health & Wealth Meditation and introduction to our workshop.
Then we’ll get moving! After stretching and warming up, we’ll do small rounds on the reformers and for anyone interested, have small Private Session demos available.
We’ll finish the workshop breaking out into groups, giving everyone an opportunity to share their business ventures and goals.
